Brush clearing in the back 40.  This was done by hand.  We exposed several very large timbers that came from a barn or old net shed. Scrap metal.  Note the large aluminum pipe that we pulled out of these bushes. Bobcat with a brush cutter.  This temporarily replaced our handheld cutter and did in a few days what would take us two or three years to do.

Cleaning up the enigmatic fibreglass bins and other waste. Two backhoes were brought in.  Here, Rick Ruegg and Colin Campbell talk with the driver about removing stumps from the property. The other backhoe was used to move waste.  Note the large piles of metal, junk and wood.
