KIRKLAND HOUSE PRICE LIST

Wedding Package

   $950.00  

Provides  exclusive use of the grounds, parking lot, washrooms, gazebo with P.A. system and up to 200 chairs plus rehearsal time in the previous week.

      

Wedding & Reception Package

   $1,150.00  

Provides exclusive use of the grounds, parking lot, washrooms, gazebo with P.A. system, up to 200 chairs, up to 25 tables and a serving tent plus rehearsal time in the previous week.

      

Rehearsal Dinner Package (available only with one of the above Wedding Packages)

   $200.00  

Provides exclusive use of the grounds, parking lot, washrooms, gazebo with P.A. system, chairs and tables.

      

Social Event Package

   $950.00  

Provides exclusive use of the grounds, parking lot, washrooms, up to 200 chairs, up to 25 tables and a serving tent.

      

Barbecue

   $100.00  

Provides use of a large Vermont Casting natural gas barbecue for the event listed in one of the above packages (includes cleaning).

      

 

Notes:

  1. For grounds rentals a 25%deposit is required.

  2. Power and water are available inside the house and on the grounds
  3. Washrooms are in the basement and accessible by the back entrance.
  4. Grounds must be left clean and all garbage removed.
  5. Renters will be charged for any breakage, damage to furniture or property and any extraordinary cleaning necessary.
